Private Catering

In addition to our two locations for dinner we would also be pleased to create a unique and private dining experience for you and your significant other, your family or small party. Private dining options consist of special menus created by our Executive Chef to suit the specific occasion and location.

Private events can be offered in several locations to create the perfect memories.

All private dining options are offered between the dates of May 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012. 

The Romantic Gazebo

Surrounded by the Caribbean Sea on three sides, the Gazebo offers serenity and moonlight seascapes. Surprise the special person in your life with a custom menu designed for sharing along with specialty wine pairings.

Private Villa Dining

Make the most of your fabulous cottage with anything from a romantic dinner for two to a specially catered event for up to 10 people. Menus are custom-designed by our Executive Chef to specifically suit your tastes. Let us create an unforgettable evening with specialty wines, drinks and music selections.

Dinner on the Beach

A private dinner can also be arranged on our private beach, turning the most elegant event into casual chic. Surrounded by the flickering light from tiki torches, you'll enjoy a custom-designed menu to suit the occasion. Depending on your style, the menu can be selected from the Chef's compendium or designed to suit the needs of the occasion, with choices ranging from haute cuisine to a rustic BBQ.

Robinson Crusoe Experience

This is a special treat for the children. We will "strand" you on an isolated beach while "Man Friday" cooks your dinner over an open fire. The children can roast their own sausages over coals in the sand and finish the evening by making Smores. Surrounded by tiki torches and arrayed on driftwood benches, your family and friends will enjoy and evening of elegant "shipwreck" food and wine.
