Room Information

Beds: Specify king size, or double beds, or disabled beds. Some Villa rooms have four poster beds or double beds that cannot be converted.

Room Service (7:30 am to 9:30 p.m.): In addition to breakfast prepared by the housekeepers (villa only), and the buffet breakfast in the main dining area, room service is available to all Villas and Hotel rooms throughout the day. For accounting purposes, we price meal tickets which you are asked to sign after each meal. Meals will only be charged to your account when not included in your chosen plan. Deliver charge of US$ 5.00 per person will be applied.

Check Out: In order to accommodate incoming guests, we kindly ask that the check-out hour of 12 noon be observed. Please be sure to make arrangements with the Front Desk one day in advance for transportation to the airport. If your flight is scheduled for a late departure, advise the desk so that, if possible, we will accommodate you with a later check out time. Accounts, however, should be settled by noon.

Check In Time: Check in is by 3:00PM on day of arrival. Please contact our reservations office for early arrivals.

Internet Access: Business center is available for Internet Access, Villas have wireless internet access.

Telephone Calls / Fax Messages: Round Hill is equipped with direct telephones in all rooms. Collect calls must be placed with the hotel operator.

Radio/CD player: Available in all rooms and suites for guest's enjoyment.

Safes: All rooms/suites in villas have safes for storage of valuable items.

Newspaper: A complimentary copy of "The Times Fax" will be delivered to each room. The "New York Times" (and) "Wall Street Journal" and "Financial Times" are available upon advance arrangements in our Resort boutique.

Ironing boards and irons in all rooms and suites. This items are located in the closest if you are staying in the Pineapple house or located in the kitchen if you are staying in a villa.

Water: Iced water is placed in your room daily. The water from your tap, however is pure and safe to drink.

Laundry: Allow two days for laundry service. Please hand the listed items to your housekeeper in the morning. Dry cleaning and pressing is available. Round Hill is not responsible for any damage.
