In February of the year 2002 my husband, Drew, took me to Round Hill. He had been telling me for years about his time there as a child on vacations with his grandparents. He had the most wonderful memories of his time there. Drew and I had been doing IVF for a while trying to have second child. We had our fifth go round and it was unsuccessful. It was then that my husband said "I am taking you to Round Hill". We had the most wonderful time. Drew remembered some of the staff there from his childhood! Drew was an avid sailor and loved taking out your boats. We enjoyed rum cocktails on the floats. We met several other couples with whom I still exchange holiday cards! We lost my husband in May of 2020. Since then I have brought my children to Round Hill, it is a special place for us and we feel close to him there. Round Hill is a special place in every way.
