My 12-year-old daughter wanted to go away for short tropical vacation. We had two previous trips that year and travel was not in our budget. My wife and I told her if you can find someplace that looks like it would match our expectations and budget we would consider it. She showed us your resort and it looked fantastic. We booked it and were pleasantly surprised. The accommodations and food were exquisite. But most of all the staff were as kindhearted and sincere as anyone we’ve ever met.

One day my wife and I were playing Pickleball along with my daughter. My wife was determined not to lose to me and in doing so she tore her calf. As we hobbled down the street into the tennis area the tennis instructors asked what happed. I said jokingly “that’s what happens when you talk back” everyone laughed they got us a ride into the main house. At that moment, the most caring people became even more caring. They got crutches for us and offered us a physician. The nurse was an attentive. Given I am a physician we did not need to be seen. The staff made a horrible incident into a good one. We’ve often talked about going back to your resort and returning with my entire family of five. We’ve spoken of it very highly to all of our friends and wanted to come back and rent a villa of three bedrooms that we previewed before going home. What an amazing way to return to your resort.
