• Subject to Availability: All offers are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply, and rates are dynamic.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.
• Payment: 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
• Rate Calculation: All discounts are calculated based on the hotel's Best Available Rate (BAR), plus the calculated promotional discount at the time of booking.
• Booking Requirements: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. The name on the booking must match the guest's valid photo ID upon check-in.
• Not Combinable: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, consortia amenities, or special rates.
• No Cancellations or Re-bookings: This promotion is strictly valid for new bookings only, it cannot be applied to or combined with existing reservations. Any cancellation of an existing booking followed by an immediate rebooking will result in the automatic cancellation of the new reservation, regardless of the offer being applied.
• Taxes and Fees: Rates do not include applicable government taxes, resort fees, or gratuities.
• Resort Credit: This is a one-time credit per room, per stay, and must be used during your visit. It is not valid at the hotel's boutique or for services from any visiting practitioners. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money if not fully used.
• Spa Discount: This discount is not valid for services from visiting practitioners and applies to treatments 50 minutes or longer.
