What Is the Michelin & Celebrity Chef Series?
Presented by Executive Chef Martin Ian Maginley, the series welcomes a rotating lineup of Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to Round Hill for extraordinary weekends of epicurean artistry. Each edition includes exclusive masterclasses, multi-course dinners, and collaborations between the visiting chef and Round Hill's own culinary team, timed around major holiday weekends.

A James Beard Award-winning chef, bestselling author and television personality, Rocco DiSpirito brings bold, innovative Italian-American fusion cuisine, built around fresh, seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavor.
Chef Nello Cassese — Thanksgiving 2027
Nello Cassese is known for a contemporary approach to Mediterranean cuisine, blending traditional Italian flavors with modern technique and seasonal ingredients.
A History of World-Class Chefs at Round Hill
The series has a track record of bringing serious culinary talent to Round Hill's tables. Past editions have featured Chef Rocco DiSpirito for Spring Break 2026; Michelin-starred Chef Theodore Falser for Easter 2025, known for his fusion of Asian and Italian flavors; and Michelin-starred Chef Marcelo Fukuya for Thanksgiving 2024, who paired Kagoshima wagyu and poached lobster in a menu blending Japanese technique with Jamaican soul.
