Within a storied 18th-century plantation house overlooking the sea, Round Hill's spa unfolds across open-air treatment rooms, garden-side pavilions and private terraces. The signature 50-minute Mom-to-Be Massage uses a specially designed beanbag to comfortably support the body while easing tension in the back and reducing swelling in the hands and feet. Couples can also arrange gentle prenatal yoga and stretching classes at the open-air pavilion, or simply relax at the spa pool.
