Round Hill Hotel & Villas Featured in Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts' Club Publication: 100 Years of The Phantom
Montego Bay, Jamaica – December 2, 2025 – Round Hill Hotel & Villas, one of the Caribbean’s most storied luxury resorts, is honored to be featured in 100 Years of The Phantom, a publication celebrating the legacy of one,of luxury motoring’s most famous and influential models. Produced by the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club (RREC) in partnership with St James’s House, the exquisite volume debuted December 1 at The Peninsula on the eve of the London Press Club Ball. That evening, Round Hill further underscored its commitment to fostering excellence in storytelling and journalism by awarding the 2025 London Press Club Journalist Laureate a four-night stay in one of its breathtaking three-bedroom villas.
Celebrating a legacy of unparalleled design, craftsmanship, and enduring excellence, 100 Years of The Phantom spotlights destinations and experiences around the world that embody sophistication, heritage, and longevity, values that have defined Round Hill’s 70-plus-year legacy. Selected for its rich history and commitment to refined, understated service, Round Hill stands proudly among a curated group of distinguished hotels featured across the book’s 400 pages of immersive storytelling and rich photography.
“We are deeply proud to be selected among such esteemed company in a publication that celebrates endurance, artistry, and legacy at the highest level,” said Round Hill Managing Director Josef Forstmayr. “Our inclusion in 100 Years of The Phantom reflects not only our values of excellence and quality, but also the strength and spirit of our team, and our continued commitment to offering timeless elegance and warm Jamaican hospitality.”
Round Hill’s recognition comes at a poignant moment for the resort as it prepares to reopen on December 8 following a brief closure in the wake of Hurricane Melissa. While the resort sustained minimal impact, surrounding communities experienced significant hardship, including infrastructure damage and home loss. In response, Round Hill’s Board of Directors and Executive Team mobilized swiftly to support employees and neighbors, preparing and serving more than 500 meals daily to staff, their families, long-standing contracted staff and members of the local police force. The resort also provided temporary housing, essential care, and direct financial assistance to those whose homes were severely damaged or destroyed. This collective effort, paired with the resort’s rapid readiness to welcome guests, underscores Round Hill’s enduring resilience and unwavering commitment to its community.
“We’re delighted to have Round Hill featured in the book,” says Elliott Jordan, Director of Business Development at St James’s House. “This magnificent publication is being distributed to the RREC’s thousands of members around the world. It has also been made available to high-end motoring dealerships, senior members ofthe press and VIP guests.”
