Her private instruction includes Daily Practices for Optimal Vitality, where guests will co-create individualized wellness routines incorporating yoga, breathwork, and meditation. In her Classical Led Primary Series, practitioners can deepen their Ashtanga yoga practice, while her Travel from Root to Crown session introduces pranayama techniques for centering the mind.
