Accommodation: Offer is strictly valid for Villa bookings only (Rooms and suites are excluded).
Booking Days: Valid for stays that include Sunday through Thursday nights only. Friday and Saturday nights are excluded.
Minimum Stay: A minimum consecutive stay of two (2) nights is required.
Discount: Guests receive 15% off the Best Available Rate (BAR) for the qualifying stay.
F&B Credit: A one-time USD $150 Food and Beverage (F&B) credit is applied per villa, per stay.
The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and any unused portion will be forfeited upon checkout.
Credit cannot be applied to the villa rate, resort fees, spa services, or third-party vendor charges.
Availability: Offer is subject to villa availability and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Blackout Dates: Blackout dates may apply, including any US holidays, and are subject to change. Please confirm at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Early departure that reduces the stay below the 2-night minimum will result in the rate reverting to the standard BAR, and the discount/F&B credit will be forfeited.
Hotel Rights: The hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.

F&B Credit: A one-time USD $50 Food and Beverage (F&B) credit is applied per room, per stay. This credit is non-transferable and must be utilized during the stay; any unused portion is forfeited.
Exclusions: Discount and credit do not apply to taxes, resort fees, spa services, or third-party charges.
