Are you missing the island flavours and warmth of vacationing in Jamaica? Then try this easy blend of tropical goodness until your next visit!

Inspired by John Pringle’s late wife and Round Hill co- founder, Liz’s Rum Punch is the perfect combination of citrus goodness and warm Jamaican spirit – a great choice for an afternoon cocktail whether you’re home alone or hosting family and friends.

Need a non-alcoholic substitute? Remove the rum and you’ll have an equally refreshing Round Hill classic!

See below for the full recipe:

  • 0.75 oz. Appleton Rum (you may substitute with Tommy Bahama White Rum or Bacardi White Rum)
  • 0.75 oz. Coruba Dark Rum (you may substitute with Mount Gay Dark Rum)
  • 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz. Clear Syrup
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 0.25 oz. Diced Scotch Bonnet Pepper (you may substitute with jalapeno pepper)

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and in a large cup and stir. For best results, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Serve over ice cubes and garnish with pineapple wedge, lime slice and maraschino cherry speared with a cocktail stick.
